Misconceptions in Science

The article talked about misconceptions in science and how we, as teachers, can help to prevent or destroy our students’ misconceptions. The article talked about how labs can prevent misconceptions, which I thought was interesting because labs are often what the students like the most in a science class. Labs involve experimentation and inquiry, so students will also actually feel like they are learning. In my experience with science classes, labs were my favorite part of the class and what I most remember the most about my science education.
